Beach Apartments A, B and C

This modern complex is situated right on the beachfront of Roses/Santa Margarita. A gate from the pool area gives direct access to the promenade and beach!

You can easily reach the centre of Roses on foot(approximately 15 minutes), by taking a nice walk along the promenade by the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will find Café´s, Bars/Restaurants, shops and a Minigolf. You can also take a short walk in to Santa Margarita. Whether you want to experience water sports, art and culture, hiking/walking or gastronomy, this area has so much to offer!

The complex offers a huge pool (7.4m x 12m – depth is 1m shallow end x 1.5m deep end) and a garden with plenty of room for children to play or to take your sunbed and enjoy some sunbathing or relaxing. The pool is shared by only 3 Apartments in the same complex, each apartment has their own sunbeds plus tables and chairs on each balcony/terrace. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool! We offer sheets and towels for the apartment and also beach towels to save space in your luggage.

Beach Apartment A:

You will be staying on the top floor of the complex:

A separate private entrance door opens to the staircase which leads you up to the apartment. It offers a light, modern and airy atmosphere. The apartment has a private parking space.

The lounge and dining area offers fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea, thanks to the surrounding glass windows and doors that also give access to the terrace that surrounds the flat. The large terrace offers plenty of room to eat al fresco, enjoying a BBQ with the supplied Gas Grill. The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave and hot water kettle. It also offers a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The seating and dining area for 6 offers superb views over the promanade and the bay of Roses which is stunning during the day and by night when you can see the lights of Roses town, Marina and the Castell Trinitat! There is a SMART TV with some international channels.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (90×200 cm), which can be twin beds or put together to make a large double if required (180×200 cm), A/C, build in cupboard/wardrobe and a door that gives direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed (180×200 cm), A/C, build in cupboard/wardrobe and also direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (90×200 cm) and A/C.

There is 1 spacious modern bathroom with walk in shower and an extra separate toilet. A washing machine is situated in the hallway cupboard.

Beach Apartment B:

You will be staying at the lower level of this complex, with direct access to the garden and the pool area. The apartment has a private parking space.

The spacious living/dining area offers plenty of seating area (for 6), the dining room table and the sofas offer a nice space to enjoy some relaxing time or watch some TV on the SMART TV with some international channels. This area leads directly onto the downstairs terrace by the pool with your area for outside dining. A Gas BBQ is provided, as well as table and chairs to seat 6 people. The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave and hot water kettle. It also offers a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The main bedroom has a double bed (180x 200cm), ensuit WC with shower, A/C, built in cupboard and door with direct access to the pool area.

The 2^nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200 cm) but we can also offer accommodation for 1 extra person if required, thanks to the pull-out bed provided (please ask for additional cost). Here you also have an A/C, built in cupboards and a door with direct access to the pool area. There is a modern bathroom with a shower.

Beach Apartment C:

You will be staying at the lower ground floor apartment with capacity for 2 people, a place to relax, listen to the sea and totally disconnect. The apartment has a private parking space. Private entrance door with steps leading to the entrance door.
The master bedroom (bed is 1.60m x 2m) has an open wardrobe and air conditioning.
There is a separate WC with a toilet and separate shower.
Open plan kitchen/dining room and living room, the kitchen area is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and hot water kettle.
Doors open directly onto the pool area for sunbathing and a barbecue to enjoy alfresco dining.
