Second bedroom has a double bed 140 x 190 and ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and mountain views.
Third bedroom has a single bed 90 x 200 and smaller ensuite with shower.
The forth bedroom has a double bed 140 x 200
There is a downstairs toilet and outside has an openair shower with amazing views.
Downstairs is over 80m2, all open plan, kitchen is fully equipped, large inside dining table and two leather sofas. TV has multi languages and is a smart TV. WIFI is fiber. New gas BBQ and amazing outdoor area offering shade during daytime and romantic setting in the evening!
Private parking space for 1 car on shared driveway.
Situated in a very quiet location, very little passing cars due to no through road at the top of the hill. The villa is backing onto the national park but close enough to walk down to the town and beaches of Roses (15 minutes walk down, add 5-10 minutes extra coming back up).
