Walking distance of 7-10 minutes to nearest sandy beach (Palangras), walk to Canyelles Petites (15 minutes on the coastal path) or walk to town of Roses with large choice of restaurants. Hear the sea from the apartment and there is direct access from the rocks to swim and sunbathe. The apartment is on the ground level so easy access for all ages! The space Front line to the sea with direct access to the coastal path leading to some of the best beaches in the area! Great sea views and over the Bay of Roses to the Isle of Medes in the distance which can be enjoyed from the outside private terrace for dining or the open planned kitchen/dining room/ lounge. The bedroom is spacious with one double bed 160 x 200, ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge area also has the same modern ceiling fan as the bedroom. PARKING, 2 options: communal spaces when available on site in front of the sea and we have a PRIVATE ALLOCATED SPACE (2 minute walk from apartment, down steps). You will receive information on both before arrival! There is a washing machine in the apartment. Coffee machine is DULCE GUSTO! Good size fridge with small freezer compartment too. Car is not necessary if you like walking. TV has full range of Spanish and cable TV with French, German TV and some English channels. We allow only 1 small dog in lower season only and the dog must not go on the bed or furniture please. Please tell us in advance if you want to bring your dog (there will be an extra small charge). Guest access The access into the apartment is on the ground floor. Direct access from the apartment down the steps to the rocks where you can swim and sunbathe with spectacular views. Car parking in community spaces Infront of the apartment but we also have a very large PRIVATE PARKING SPACE a short distance walk, down some steps details shown on the check in instructions.
